 Quality Assurance Analyst

Quality Assurance Analysts are the champions of quality for Evolution1 customers. Quality Assurance Analysts document and implement test plans, identify technical problems, and present solutions against standards and specifications. In addition, Quality Assurance Analysts address and analyze bugs and defects and identify ways to improve overall product and process quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing technical expertise to the product team while adhering to testing policies and procedures.
  • Follow and continuously improve the QA processes and methodologies.
  • Integrate and improve the testing lifecycle of a web based application from a manual and automated functional perspective as well as a performance and load perspective.
  • Follow common work processes, standards, tools and coordinate quality assurance activities across teams to meet business and customer needs.
  • Participate in use case reviews, design meetings, etc. to further understand business requirements and systems design.
  • Develop accurate and consistent software quality assurance documentation including test plans, test cases and participate in the execution of test cases.
  • Coordinate with developers and business analysts to test applications and provide direction on defect repairs.

 

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the software life cycle. Demonstrate strong knowledge, interest and experience with QA processes and methodologies. Proven experience with development processes and QA testing concepts within software development lifecycles.
  • Minimum of two years of software testing experience.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with automated test tool such as HP Quality Center or Microsoft Visual Studio testing suite.

    Technical Service Associate

As a high-energy, Partner-facing associate you will be responsible for being the front line support for Partner questions related to the Evolution1 software application. This includes providing technical support assistance to clients over the telephone, email communication, and writing of technical content to be published on the support portal. Prior technical support experiences in software applications, Technology, Health Care, Spending Account Administration (FSA, HSA, and HRA), Third Party Administration (TPA), or Banking are encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serves as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries and issues submitted via telephone and email
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to Evolution1 application, tools, and related Technologies to resolve them in a timely manner. This includes knowledge of file formats, SQL, Scripting techniques, and work flow.
  • Diagnose and direct Technical support issues to other Support team queues.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries/issues to meet the client turn-around time needs and expectations
  • Document Technical Support issues in online ticketing system
  • Document Technical Support issues for online publication in Knowledge base
  • Demonstrates strong customer service abilities through positive interaction with the partners as well as comprehensive responses to the Technical Support issues.

  • Manages additional projects as they are assigned.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Four year degree in Business Administrations, MIS, Healthcare Administrative or related field

  Partner Services Manager

The Partner Service Manager (PSM) is responsible for overseeing the Partner's product and service satisfaction through the adoption of best-practices, process improvements, and productive use of Evolution1 products. Manage overall operations and service relationship. This position will be located in either our Fargo, ND or Minneapolis, MN location.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall operational relationship with partner. Ensure partner satisfied with overall service.
  • Responsible for overall relationship satisfaction and partnership development between Evolution1 and client by fostering strong, positive relationships within an atmosphere of professionalism and honesty. Strive to receive favorable references from partners and clients.
  • Compliance with Evolution1 policies and procedures utilizing Evolution1-specified tools. Effectively manage meeting agendas, follow through with meeting recaps, update open issues logs and prioritize open issues and action items based on overall strategic focus.
  • Utilize Technical Service as the first point of client contact for service issues to ensure consistent issue resolution. Manage escalated problem solving through with meeting recaps, update open issue logs and prioritize open issues and action items based on overall strategic focus.
  • Work with partner to successfully manage large employer implementations and annual open enrollment processes. Communicate and set expectations and deliverable dates effectively with partner.
  • Successfully manage operations/service projects.
  • Encourage partner to attend release webinar and communication/training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate partner information in Evolution1 service tool. Utilize Evolution1 tools to provide weekly and monthly detailed reporting of partner updates internally.

 

Desired Skill and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technology related degree
  • Success in direct servicing and management of partners.
  • Two years of health care related industry knowledge
  • Ability to strategically and proactively manage projects, prepare, and execute action plans to accomplish business objectives

 Implementation Program Manager

The Implementation Program Manager actively leads multiple and complex projects from assisting in sales process to driving contract compliance through the successful transition to the ongoing service delivery team. This includes leading a team of cross functional, cross product resources in establishment of project management standards and the delivery of the products and services sold through the completion of the implementation. The Program Manager will provide knowledge, recommendations, and solutions that are of value to the customers' unique organization and situation. The Program Manager will build a strong and effective working relationship with the client, as well as coaching the team to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales in building sales business case (e.g. RFPs, presentations, project plan examples, etc.)
  • Drive Contract ownership by ensuring Implementation terms and obligations are met
  • Initiate, plan, and implement multiple and complex projects and programs managed as an integrated whole
  • Communicate to internal/external stake holders including executives to provide on-time, within estimates, quality deliverables that meet product expectations and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement project management best practices across the implementations
  • Create, maintain and communicate Risk Assessment and Plan to insure the readiness of the organization to support the implementation process and deliverables
  • Recommend and lead effort to improve or create business processes

Qualifications

  • Strong leader, with sound business knowledge and an exceptional ability to work with others to identify, mitigate, and resolve complex problems
  • Ability to draw on a variety of prior experience, including direct client engagement, related functional experience in teaching and subject matter knowledge, and project management, in order to lead their team to success
  • 5+ years project management experience in a consultative customer environment with at least 3 years in a project manager leadership role; 3 years of experience managing large scale product implementations
  • Demonstrated understanding a project management methodologies, performance measurement and metrics, and business and financial analysis
  • Consultative abilities, sound judgment decision making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others to execute on complex business strategies, driving measurable results
