    Submit ResumeRegional Director of Sales

    The Lighthouse1 Regional Director of Sales will develop new and maintain existing relationships with third-party administrators and partners; generate request for proposal submissions from these relationships; work independently to meet annual business development.

    ■ Duties and Responsibilities
    • Establish and attend meetings with new and existing consultant/broker relationships within a defined region with the intent to generate request for proposals (RFPs) from these relationships.
    • Develop and implement a regional sales plan.
    • Conduct presentations and enrollment meetings. Provide product training and demonstrations to penetrate and grow market share.
    • Provide regular direction and communication and work collaboratively with other growth and development Team Members.
    • Prioritize growth opportunities.
    • Participate in weekly business development meetings.
    • Understand and maintain knowledge in business and regulatory environment for services offered.
    • Track and update Channel and Partner contacts using CRM tracking software.
    ■ Core Requirements:
    • Knowledge and experience in the Consumer Driven Health industry.
    • Software Sales experience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and team skills, excellent relationship building skills.
    • Proven execution skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strategic, customer centric.
    • Sets high personal standards and goals.
    • Achieves results.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Required travel estimated up to 30%.
    ■ Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience in the Consumer Drive Health industry.
    • BA or BS in management or related field.
