Cindy's extensive background leading companies to greater focus and increased performance during rapid transformation gives her a unique advantage as she drives the strategic planning and management of Lighthouse1's solutions. Cindy's primary mission is to sustain laser beam-like focus on Lighthouse1 customers, guaranteeing superior service, rapid support and consistent stabilization while accelerating the delivery of new features and enhancements to Lighthouse1 OnDemandTM . Lighthouse1 gains the benefit of Cindy’s experiences over the past 20 years building and advising companies in fast-paced, rapidly evolving industries like consumer driven healthcare. She founded her first company in 1994, a Twin Cities consulting firm. After successfully navigating her way through 700% growth in just five years, Cindy sold her firm and turned her attention to helping other companies create and implement successful, executable business strategies. Beyond her work at Lighthouse1, Cindy remains active in organizations supporting entrepreneurship and business initiatives. She holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
