Jeff Young and Todd Reynolds of Microsoft named to executive staff of Lighthouse1
MINNEAPOLIS, September 30, 2008
– Representatives from Lighthouse1, the industry leading provider of consumer driven healthcare (CDH) software solutions, announced today Jeff Young has been named President and CEO for the company. Young, who will be leaving an executive position with Microsoft Corporation, will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction and business growth for Lighthouse1.

Young’s career spans nineteen years of technology leadership experience at Microsoft and Great Plains Software. Young has served Microsoft for the past seven years in a variety of roles including Vice President for Dynamics, in which he was responsible for the sales and partner distribution of Microsoft’s Dynamics applications. Young also fulfilled a general manager role for several key Microsoft products. Prior to Microsoft, Young was involved as a senior executive at Great Plains Software.

A technology veteran with nearly twenty years in the software industry, Reynolds most recently acted as Principle Program Manager for Microsoft. Reynolds’ team helped design and deliver Enterprise Resource Planning software for customers around the world. Prior to joining Microsoft, Reynolds also held senior leadership positions for Great Plains Software. “We are very fortunate to have a strong leader with Todd’s deep technology experience and experience in the human resources markets to join the Lighthouse1 team”, said Young.
