Laine Brantner named Chief Operations Officer, Jeff Brunsberg named Executive Vice President, Lighthouse1 OnDemand™

Minneapolis, December 7, 2007 – Lighthouse1, the industry leading provider of consumer driven healthcare administration solutions, announced today Laine Brantner has been named Chief Operations Officer for the organization. Brantner was previously a Senior Vice President at State Bank & Trust.

Brantner joined Lighthouse1 in early November of 2007. He will be responsible for leading the company in executing on strategic initiatives that positively impact its customers and the consumers they serve. Both Brantner and CFO Todd Schroeder will report directly to CEO Jeff Fritz. “Although I’ll be heavily involved in the strategy to help move Lighthouse1 forward, my primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality execution of our business,” said Brantner. “Like the rest of the incredible team I’m joining here at Lighthouse1, I’m 110% committed to providing our customers with the best experience possible in CDH administration.”

Lighthouse1 also announced Jeff Brunsberg has joined the company in the role of Executive Vice President, Lighthouse1 OnDemand™. Brunsberg was formerly Executive Vice President at Discovery Benefits, a leading CDH administration company and Lighthouse1 customer. “I joined Lighthouse1 because I knew the existing team shared not only my passion for the CDH industry, but my passion for improving the CDH experience for consumers,” said Brunsberg.  As EVP of Lighthouse1 OnDemand™, Brunsberg is responsible for leading sales and increasing revenue generation for the company. His primary mission in his new role is to deliver against Lighthouse1’s aggressive revenue forecasts for the coming year. Brunsberg plans to continue to improve and enhance the performance of Lighthouse1’s business generation engine.
