– Lighthouse1,
a leading provider of consumer driven
healthcare (CDH) administration software
solutions, announced today it has signed
an agreement with First Data Healthcare
Services, part of First Data Corp.
(NYSE: FDC), a leading provider of
electronic commerce and payment
solutions. First Data will deliver a
debit card and robust
transaction processing services for
subscribers using Lighthouse1’s
healthcare programs.
First Data will provide healthcare
card services, including a
state-of-the-art transaction card
processing solution that offers a
convenient and secure vehicle for
members to access their fund
contributions at the point of care. UMB Healthcare Services, division of
UMB Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:
UMBF) will work with First Data to
support debit card access,
investment programs and transaction
processing.

management, co-pay and
over-the-counter substantiation,
saving healthcare administrative
costs by reducing the need for
paperwork.
