Every Lighthouse1 Partner is assigned a Partner Success Manager (PSM) for ongoing relationship management and performance enablement between the two organizations. The PSM provides a conduit to all areas of Lighthouse1 and plays several roles from the beginning of your relationship with Lighthouse1. |

Your PSM will be guiding your transition from your current system to Lighthouse1 OnDemandTM according to the implementation plan defined during the planning stage. This individual will manage all aspects of the project, including communication with your staff, technical assistance, configuration, and timeline management. |

When a new system is introduced into an organization, day-to-day processes are likely to change substantially (which is the goal of the transition!) To get the full benefit of this new administrative system, implementation is the perfect opportunity to analyze how business processes may improve, become more efficient and make your business practices even more effective.
Your Lighthouse1 Implementation Team will assist you in defining current processes, developing a strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and communicating these changes to your leadership and/or administrative team.

Administrator Configuration |

Lighthouse1 OnDemandTM is designed to be customizable at both the Administrator and the Employer levels. The Administrator Configuration sets up administrative rules, banking information and even partner (e.g. broker) information and logos, if applicable. Please see the “Administrator Configuration” section for worksheet and details.
The Administrator configuration includes many customizations that set defaults at the employer level, and these settings, if completed effectively, could save hours of your time during the Partner setup phase.
