Laine Brantner, Chief Operations Officer
Laine Brantner has always believed that you make a living by what you get, but you make a life by what you give. That philosophy is behind his passion for the consumer driven healthcare industry, one that Laine believes will ultimately make enormous improvements in the quality of life for millions of Americans.

As Chief Operations Officer for Lighthouse1, Laine assists CEO Jeff Young with developing the mission and strategic direction for the company. However, Laine believes his role overseeing the daily execution of the business is of primary importance. "It's not just maintaining the quality of millions of transactions. Each of those transactions represents a critical moment in someone's healthcare experience, not to mention the excellent reputation of every one of our customers," says Brantner. "I see excellence in delivery to our customers, which translates into quality service for their customers, as far and above my number one priority in this role."

In Laine's most recent position prior to Lighthouse1, he led key initiatives in groundbreaking work for a major financial institution deeply involved in consumer driven healthcare systems. After beginning his professional career with a public accounting firm, Laine worked in progressively responsible roles for major healthcare and financial
corporations for more than a decade. Laine holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Iowa, and an M.B.A. from Baylor University.

Married with three young daughters, Laine fondly recalls his first job picking the driving range at the Moorhead Country Club. When he's not working on ways to improve the customer experience at Lighthouse1, you'll probably find him out on the golf course improving his handicap.
